No welcome for my wheelchair and I. Even my MS affected friend who uses a stick for support struggled with the 30+ steps in this dump, they quickly grew tired of hiking to the toilet and left disgusted. The Powerhouse comment to me was that there was no assistance provided for wheelchair users navigating their barriers to access. Fine I'll spend my ££££ elsewhere..

What used to be a good GAY club a few years ago, it is no longer the same. Unfortunately the management have given in to the fake eyelash brigade of girls which has brought all the straight lads in too. So it is no longer a gay club. They even advertise it as just "gay friendly" now and its barely that. All the gays seem to have given up with this place, such a shame :( Newcastle needs a proper gay club which at the moment unfortunately there is none

The bouncers are disgustingly aggressive, especially the "larger" bald man with glasses. I've watched him on several nights push girls with force onto the road for asking him a question. Absolutely vile human being.

I have never met such nasty, unhelpful bouncers in all my life. I was shoved out backward in a pair of high heels for trying to ask them ( before the club had opened) if I could pay for admittance by card or did I need to find a cash machine (the bar that joins the club didn't have any card facilities setup). I would never set foot in this place again.

i have had my best nights out in this place. you don't get the trouble like in other bars or places like the bigg market.

but you still get alot of straight people as-well as the gay community. everyone knows everyone making people close, but could also land you in some trouble!

to conclude, its not just a bar, nor just a club. its an experience!
